Question: Constipated even though I eat healthy, help!?
I eat a lot of fiber, definitely between the recommended amounts!. I feel like I have to use the bathroom, but I never can!. In the mornings its only tiny amounts and I know that theres more there!. I usually dont ask this sort of stuff on here, but I am desperate!. Its been days since I have had a normal BM!. I also drink plenty of water, so water and food is not the problem!. I also exercise daily, so that isnt the problem either!. What can I take to help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all it is possible to vomit fecal matter!.!.!.!.!.!. it is really gross!. Secondly make sure you grind your flax up or it wont digest!.

Are you drinking energy drinks!? Sometimes they mess up your BM cycle!. I think its the lack of omega 3s though!.!.!. I use chia myself!.

For YEARS I had the same problem!. You need to suplement your diet with lots of fiber!. Yoplait has a yogurt that has a fiber supplement that works great, it's called "Plus" and comes in a carton of 4!. They taste great and add a lot of fiber!. There's also a fiber supplement called "beneful" (I think) that is a clear, non grainy fiber that you can add to your orange juice or any beverage!. Trust me, this WILL work!. You might have a bowel obstruction, you definiately need to see a Dr, because if it doesn't come out the correct passage!.!.!.!.it will move up and come out the wrong way!.!.!.in other words you could vomit up feces!!!! Not too tasty!!

Sorry, you don't think that is true, but my father had a bowel obstruction, and that is what the Dr!. said could have happened!.!.!.I know it sucks when you don't have insurance!!! But don't get pissed at us you are the one askin the question!!! This can be very serious!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would talk to your dr first and foremost!.!.!.!. but theres a 3 day weekend coming up!.!.!. so i suggest FLAX SEED!.!.!. you can get it at any store that sales vitiams most pharmacey's have them!.!.!. I use to have to take it all the time while i was pregnant!. You just sprinkle a little on a salad or any kind of food ( hardly no tatse at all)!.!. There is no harm in taking them!.!.!.

in the morning !.!. drink 500 ml luke warm water!.!.!.with a 1/8 spoon salt in it!.!. and then jump!.!. or sit on the ground and do stretching exercises!.!.

if everything youre saying is new (like w/in the last 3 months) than it may just be ur body getting used to the new diet and holding onto the food (hence: no bm) but if u have'nt been $@iiting for like the last yr, than im sorry !.!.!.!.!.!.but: see a dr"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the store and get some prune juice!. When you get home, have yourself a big-ole glass of it!. I mean BIG!. In about five to ten mintues, you will be wishing you were still plugged-up!. Everything will want to get out and quick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try dried plums!. increase the water, though you think you are getting plenty!. You might want to try a stool softener for a couple of day just to start the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There may be a health issue involved here!. I would recommend seeing your doctor!.

I've taken most of the fiber pills and the only ones that work for me are the big chewable fiber choice, they are sugar free and you don't have to drink lots of water when you take them!. When you say you eat lots of fiber do you eat the high fiber cereals on the market!? Do you eat lots of salads and other vegetables!? Eating some form of beans or legumes alot helps too!. How about trying to eat dried plums on a regular basis!. Bran muffins and other high bran products!. If you really need a laxative to get started the most recommended by doctors is a dose of Milk of Magnesia!. But try not to take it all the time!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
