if you want to make your muscle strengthen quickly, you do this by weight training with low reps. 10 sets with weights that allows you to do no more than 2-6 reps will make your muscle A LOT stronger. rest 4 min between sets and workout at least 3 times a week. this will make your muscle stronger as quickly as possible
