i am 14 5'8 and 139 but i am more fat than muscle and would like to lose fat in obliqiues and "man boobs" i am active and excersize alot but nothing seems to work ! any ideasWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'm the same age height and weight as you!. do some decline presses for your chest!. i've been doing them and the results are quick and amazing!. i have pretty solid pecs now!. for your abs, just do crunches (real ones) and leg lifts!. do as many as you can, but don't over do it!. it will work out everything, including obliques!. it shouldn't take that long for results!. make sure to lay off of junk food too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
