second of all, a 30 inch waist is not big!.

ok so you really want to lose weight fast,
you need to do cardio!. cardio makes you lose fat!. go running, jumproping, biking, whatever but do it until your heart is racing!. do it for atleast 30 minutes to an hour a day everyday for 20 days!. make it a habbit, so do it even once your pool party is over with!. you may not do it everyday once your done with the party, but do it atleast 3 times a week!.

running is the best weigh to lose weight!. and you shouldnt try to be what is "healthy!." maybe somethings healthy for your age!.!. but it all really depends on your height!. dont eat alot of fattening foods!. go for a walk or run everyday!. & dont do crunches because they give you muscles on your belly, but its under the fat and can actually make your stomach look bigger!. but once you get a smaller belly crunches would be great to make you look toned & healthy!. good luck and stay healthy!!

Instead of walking or eating healthy try fun combinations!. Try to go to your school track or some place to run a mile a day!. I know that sounds hard, but you can do it if you believe in yourself!. Here are some other sugestions!.

Find a black swim suit it will make you look skinnier if its a black one piece!.

Do a total of 100 crunches during the comercials of your show

Eat very healthy and try not to eat any pop

Aerobics or Tybo

Honey, to be honest 3 inches won't make a different to your waist! You won't look any different to the way you do now, which I'm sure is beautiful and healthy!.

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but you're only young, and you shouldn't even be thinking at weight loss right not!. Just enjoy your party, and be confident!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink plent of water, cut out all fizzy drinks, crisps all stuff like that!.
I would say try and eat more veg than fruit because fruit is full of empty calories, it doesn't keep you full for very long!.
Also eat things like wholemeal pasta and bread, fish (tuna, mackeral, salmon any fish like that, not battered)
Don't starve yourself because you will end up binging!.
Even walking for an hour a day will help, at a quick pace if possible!.

that doesnt make you healthy!. it just makes you an "ideal" weight!. its based on your height as well!. and at 13 years old you're not finished growing!.

you may HAVE to go to the pool party, but if it's that big no one is going to be looking at you!. they're probably gonna be having a good time eating pizza and what not!.

eat 2 small meals a day with maybe a few small good snacks a day!. While you do that get a personal trainer to help you exercise!.its ok if you cant afford a personal trainer!. just go to a local gym and exercies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't lose that much in 20 days!. Maybe in a couple of months!. Cut down your calories to about 500 less than what you eat now and start walking/jogging about 30 minutes a day!. Do sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise for like 45 min a day, and eat fruits and veggies!. for sure if it is about your waist then stretch for a few min!. that is if you really want to lose the wait, that is my advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you really need to do is run outside or on a treadmill everyday for about 30 or 40 minutes!. Just dont eat any fast foods only once every two weeks the more running the more people sweat and kids lose pounds more faster than adults!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
