Question: Is this too much!?
I've went down from 205!.6 to 198!.8 within the last 6 days!. I'm almost 15, and 5'2, so I know it's healthier to lose the weight but one of my friends said it's too much weight too quickly!? (yes I know I'm fat, but that's not my question)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Be extremely cautious!. If you are very heavy it is normal to lose up to 4 pounds in the first week of dieting and exercise!. Most of it is water weight at this time!.

Be very careful - you could gain it all back in a single week if you return to your old eating habits!. Crash dieting could cause headaches not to mention hormonal fluctuations that make you crave anything!. Eat reasonably, and if you really want to have something then go for it in moderation!. As long as you stop your body from thinking it is starving (thus sabotaging your efforts), then you will keep losing weight!.

Good luck! I am 5' with heels and need to lose about 26 pounds, according to the charts - I lost about 5 pounds in the first week simply by reducing my eating - nothing below 1,200 calories, either! Sometimes it is normal to lose a ton of weight in the first week!. Just make sure it is not overkill, because doing too much will lead to failure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not at all too much!. When one is very overweight pounds start to drop off very quickly and will continue to do so until the individual starts to get somewhat closer to a normal weight or say within 50-60 pounds of their ideal weight then the weight loss slows to 1-3 pounds per week!.

just remember never to let yourself get overly hungry for more than an hour or 2 or so and never restrict food portions too small, that will only tell your body it is starving and will send it into survival mode and retain and maintain it's body fat level!.

No, it's not ok if you're bulemic!. Lose the weight, but don't lose it soo quickly!. In order to maintain the elasticity of your skin, you should lose only a few pounds a week!. Make sure you are eating right and not starving yourself!. If you are starving yourself, keep in mind that your body must get energy from somewhere!. If your body doesn't receive energy from food, it will consume your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
