Working out legs?!


Question: Working out legs!?
hey guys, my proms coming up in like a month, and i'm showing my legs! unfortunately they aren't really nice, so i was wondering how i can tone them down and make them nice in a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mix up a lot of cardio!. If you have access to a gym then switch off on machines everyday!. If you don't, do jogging, walking, sprints, stadium running, etc!. Throw in some squats and lunges too! Muscle is great for burning that fat! Have fun at prom :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

get on a bike!. do squats!. do calf raises!. also a tan body looks better than a white body!. you can even buy spray on tan if you don't want to do the uv exposure thing!. all of those excersizes you can do without some expensive gym membership!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
