What should I do to get in shape?!


Question: What should I do to get in shape!?
I have a little problem!. I really don't exercise!. I know I need to, but most people that do sports are really good, and I would be a beginner, with all of the little elementary school children who are just learning the sport!. I used to do dance and gymnastics, but I never liked it too much!. What can I do to exercise and lose weight besides playing a team sport!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

since you're just starting out, start slow and easy!. try walking, riding your bike, jogging or even skipping!. little steps make a difference in the long run!. try being active for at least 30 minutes everyday and if that's too hard start out with 10 and build your way up!. Also exercise doesn't do much if you don't change the way you eat!. limit the amount of 'unhealthy' foods!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This works great!! Leslie Sansone's in home walking!. It's not just walking, it has other steps to it!. I started doing it and I've lost almost 30 lbs!. in about 5 months!. You don't want to lose it to fast or you'll gain right back and then some, as I've done in the past!. I have not gained any back this time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start slowly and work your way up to 30 mins a day!. Small increments five minutes!. If you can get a pedometer and try to get 3000 steps in in one day!. Walking around your neighborhood or even at a mall is a great place to start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well walking/ running tones muscles a whole lot!. walking can actually be fun!. also, a luxurios bike ride mite be good!. excercising can be fun if u do stuff like that!. with friends even!. lose weight and have fun! good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
