Question: Firm/tone stomach and hips in 5 days!? (easy 10 points, pleaseee help)!?
so i'm going on vacation to a beach in 5 days!. ive been working out for 2 months, but now i need to really focus and do hardcore working out for the next five days to look even more toned/firm!. i have cousins who judge me and call me fat all the time, and they have the perfect bodies!. so i just don't want to have to deal with all that!.

im currently 17, 5'5'', and 125 pds!.
and i run 3 miles a day, 150 crunches all ways, and pilates for 20 minutes!. (about 3 times a week i also add in strength and muscle building or whatever by using the machines at the gym)

so is there anything else you suggest me doing in these last five days!? my main concern would be my stomach!. but hips also!.!.!.
anything to add to this workout routine!?

I have a couple tips for your hips:

This is one I use for them that works reallllyy well!.

Exercise Advice: This exercise works the oblique muscles of your midsection!. Begin by standing up straight with your feet shoulder width apart!. Hold a dumbbell in your left hand with your palms in!. Keeping your back straight, bend to the left as far as you can, then return to the start position!. After finishing your desired reps, change the weight to your other hand and repeat on the opposite side!. Remember to bend only at your waist!.




I use 15-20 lb!. weights for it!.
Just make sure that you bend sideways!. If you have a little bit of fat, it might be a little uncomfortable and slightly hurt as the fat sort of folds over (that sounds really gross, but you'll understand what I mean when you do it)!.


Another one is sideways crunches!. There's a bunch of obligque crunches you can do!. But these won't really help you if youre trying to accomplish smaller hips in just a few days!.


Also, this is gonna sound weird, but if you've got spandex or softball sliders shorts that are pretty tight around your hips, wear those!.
Just pull them up to wherever your hips are big (I put mine right under my belly button)
Then I'll wear tight sport-mesh shorts

It might seem a little weird, but just wear it when youre around the house with a big shirt or jacket on and noone will notice!. Sleep with it like that, and in the morning when you take it off it'll look better!. The more you wear it like this, the more it'll slim down!.
Oh, and make sure you don't wear freakishly tight jeans that'll pop your squish up or anything!.


Stomach all you can really do are sit-ups, but if you haven't done them in a really long time I wouldn't suggest doing them!. If you do wayyyy too many you'll get sore in your stomach area and you won't be able to tighten/suck your abs while resting, so you'll just end up looking more pudgy!.


Good luck :) Don't eat way too much too cause then you're stomach will look bigger and you won't be able to suck in that well and you'll look slighter bigger!.

U seem to be perfect already!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your cousins are bitches and you shouldnt punish your self because of them!.
rather than put unrealistic expectations on yourself try going shopping for amazing clothes that will make you look fab just as you are!. buy colthes that flatter your stomach and hips, stand tall and fake confidence!. make those cows look sloppy while you look amazing and then when they have a go at you rise above them and say is that all you got!.
its never really about you, its about their own insecurities and their not intelegent enough to express that any other way!.
good on you for getting fit!. but dont do it for them!.
