How much weight do you suggest I lose by these stats?!


Question: How much weight do you suggest I lose by these stats!?
I am 5'2, 140 lbs!. My waist is 29!.5 inches and my hip measurement is about 36!.5-37!. I was thinking about 15 lbs!.!.!.but I'm not quite sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Medically the recommended weight for you're height is 125 if your under 25 years of age and131 if you're over 25!.
If you go any lower than 109 you would be clinically underweight and any higher than 135 would be over weight!.

You also have to take into account that if you do any weight lifting and are muscular you're going to be above average because muscle weights 3 times more than fat does!.

What you should be asking is what is the healthiest body fat percentage and that would be anywhere between 25%-35%!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok since you being a girl you do not want to be to small but i would have to say 6-10 pounds would be about right and really just lose about 1-3 pounds a week and you will be in perfect shape, just don't push your self because really 140 pounds is not bad that is actually quite good and also it depends on your age really because if you are 16, 140 pounds is good if you are 10, 90-100 or if you are 20, 130-150 just don't push your self what ever you do and this is coming from somebody who used to weigh 240 pounds and now i way 160 and i'll admit it i overworked my self and was contently tired and just didn't feel like hanging out with friends or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
