Simple!. Lie down on a bench and do bench presses, but with the dumbells, as you don't have a barbell!. Push the dumbells up and slowly lower them!. And repeat tjis number as many times as is required for your arm to get tired!. If it gets easier, do more reps!. You don't need more weight!. Just do more reps as it gets easier!. No matter how easy it gets, you'll always notice that you have a "Rep Limit"!. Your rep limit should increase the more you exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do too develop your pecs are Bench Press and Push Ups!.Medium amount of weight on Bench Press and as many reps as you can,over and over!.Push Ups do as many reps as you can over and over until you overload and pump up your muscles!.Since it doesnt look like you have a Bench Press the best thing you can do are Push Ups and you can lay on your back with the Dumb Bells,one in each hand and push straight up with those,as many reps as you can!.Although 10 pound dumbells arent likely enough weight to do a whole lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To gain muscle mass you have to learn about the technique of progressive resistance!. You start out light to strenghten the tendons and ligaments!. Then you find the heaviest weight you can lift 15 reps!. You need to do 3 to 5 sets in order to get any gains in muscle mass!. When you can do more than 15 reps, then increase the weight!. You should give at least 4 days to recover after working one muscle group!. The recovery period is when you actually gain the muscle!. Make sure you get enough protein, and don't eat a low calorie diet, because it will eat away your muscle!.

You simply don't have enough weight to do proper bench presses!. You'll gain more muscle mass by doing pushups and the variations of it!. Here's a video showing you how to do a whole bunch of kinds of pushups!. When yo uget to the one arm pushups you'll be strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
