How can I lose 15 lbs in 6 weeks?!


Question: How can I lose 15 lbs in 6 weeks!?
14, 5'3", 131 lbs, medium-size body fram, size 5, FAT!.

I'm on the boderline of being overweight!. I just want to comfortably fit in a size 3 again!. My ideal weight is 115lbs!. PLZ TELL ME WHAT TO DO!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sweetie ur not fat!. ok, just do 50 pushups each day and 30 situps!. then after when it comes to eating dont snack in between!. dont eat bread at all!. instead have a piece of fruit!. u cant have chips or any junk food!. be confident in ur self!.dont take ay pills because once u stop u gain 2 timers as much as u were Please dont use them!. and ask ur mom to buy organic foods!. and when u buy food make sure u check ingredient if it has hydrogenated oil DONt BUY thats all fat!. no fast food or school lunches bring ur own!. when u get thirsty dring water or green tea and if u wanna cut some slack u can drink a cup of juice one a week good luck i wish u the bestWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to get in shape and loose love handles you need to follow 5 steps and i GAURENTEE youll be fit in no time!.

1!. Go buy a Nalgene bottle, fill it up constantly throughout the day with water and drink constantly!. This will clean out your body, keep you hydrated, and suppress your appetite!.

2!. Start running, do it in the morning before you start your day!. Start slow (1 or two miles a day) and keep adding miles and pushing yourself!. You dont need fancy equipment, just shoes!. Do this al least 4 times a week (very important) and NEVER skip a day!.

3!. Start eating better, not less!. Eat lots of food but keep it healthy!. You can have a sweet snack every once and ahwial but make sure you get your fruits and veggies!.

4!. Do 100 pushups and situps every night!. You can take breaks but push yourself, notice i said sit-ups, not crucnches!.

5!. Play a sport!. Join a local team at the YMCA or something!. Make sure it is a sport that requires cardio like biking, tennis, hiking, basketball or something!.!.!. join with your friends!.

ok first of all!.!. watch what you eat!.
1!. eat a good breakfast,lunch, and dinner, so that you arent hungry imbetween!.
2!. if you are about to eat a snack, ask yourself, am i really hungry!? or am i eating out of boredom!? and if you really need a snack, try and eat something healthy like fruit or a smoothie, rather than fatty greasy foods!.
3!. also if you crave some sweets, chew a peice of sugarfree gum!. (there are many dif good cravings) these arent unhealthy and will satisfy your craving!.
4!. ask your mom to buy you only healthier foods so you wont be tempted by unhealthy foods!.
5!. when you eat meals, eat slow!. because if you eat really fast, your body wont have time to tell you your full, so you will over eat!. so take your time, and you will eat less, the perfect amount your body wants!.
6!. as for workouts, just go out and be active with your friends!. you could join a club sport!. you could play volleyball, soccer, you could run, or walk, hike, or ride your bicycle!. another workout which would be easier to do at home and by yourself (or even with your mom or friends) is pilates or yoga!. buy a pilates dvd or something!. and do it atleast a couple times a week!.
7!. i really suggest maybe walking a few mornings a week also!. that should really help!.
