Can you help me set up a diet?!


Question: Can you help me set up a diet!?
I'm 13, and my estimated BMI is 18!.9!. I weigh 128 lbs/am 5'9!. I'm doing a hundred crunches a day while doing cardio (speed walking/jogging) as much as I can a day!. What I need is 3 meals and 3 snacks a day (: Since it's the summer, I can pretty much eat whatever whenever!. Anyway, I don't like cheese, eggs, ect, but I love vegetables, ect!. I need 3 HEALTHY/low fat meals and snacks, thanks! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

haha! first of all, 18-20 are normal BMI measurements!.
but, i understand how you feel, i have a BMI of 18 but im still tryin 2 get that perfect flat stomach!. But, you have to also understand that you are thin, and that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't go just by your weight!. if you are trying to lose weight in the stomach area, then MEASURE yourself there, because the actual shape of your body will change, not likely your weight though!. But, what i have been doing is eating whatever i would normally eat, in smaller portions!. like, for example, i LOVE chocolate milk, i no its weird but i can't live without it!. so i used to drink it in this huge 14oz glass, but, i found a glass that looks the same, but its actually a 9oz glass, so it looks like im drinking the same amount of chocolate milk, but i'm really not, so its better for my body!.

so, for meals, eat on a smaller plate!. this way, your plate will be filled, and you will empty it and you will get a good amount of food!.( It seems like americans are supersizing everything and its just not healthy!)

you said that you don't like eggs and cheese!. those are major sources of protein, which is very important to have when losing weight!. you could try incorperating those things into different foods!. Like, you could have french toast for breakfast!. it has eggs in it, but u can't taste them! but its also a healthy choice!. when you buy syrup for it, try to buy something that's light, it will have fewer calories!.

for snacks, you could buy those 100 calorie packs, they have cookies, oreos, and they aren't too bad for you!. also, if you buy chips, buy them baked!. lays makes them that way, and they are actually really good, but much better because they are not fried!.

also, try to ease on the junk food!. but if you eat NO other junk food the whole day, treat yourself to a cookie!. you still need sugar in your system and, a cookie a day will help you get rid of the temptation to eat tons and tons of junk food!. also, just watch what you eat at restaurants!. salads are always the best option!. and soda, i would just get it out of your life!. 150 calories in one can!.

about the excercise!. do what you're doing, but do it 4x a week!. if you excercise as frequently as you say you do, your body will run out of food to burn and it will actually start to burn muscle!. this is a huge problem!. if it runs out of muscle, it will burn your intestines!. i am not kidding about this, and it is 100% true!. so please, limit the amount of exercise you do!.!.!.?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd even go to tell you that long boring cardio is dead too, but I'm not going to find the link for you!. You can find a sample meal plans at vitabot!.com!. You can opt in and have someone send you a passcode!. You'll get a about week trial to use their online nutritional software program and have access to create your very own meal plans!. The cool thing about it is they even grade you on a scale A-F and give you grade point average!. try starting off after u wake up with oatmeal!.!.!.even if u mite not like it so much there are so many flavors and brands u should be able to find a tastey one to ur liking!.!.!.oatmeal is def proven as one of the healthiest breakfast foods!.!.!.if you really can't find one u like try eating cereal such as special K or a Fiber One flavor!.!.!.those are tastey and really healthy!.!.!.
Subway has some really healthy sandwiches for lunch so jus try to read up on the website or sumtin to find one that u like and is also healthy!.!.
for din try to have some form of healthy chicken or some kind of meat and add all those vegetables you like!.!.
in between meals fill up on yogurts or fruits or sumtin like that
make sure you drink a whole bunch of water each day
n try to remember don't kill yourself wit watching what you eat and eating soso healthy!.!.if you feel like a not so healthy snack once in a while reward yourself with it jus try to limit it to once or twice a week

you're too skinny for a male
that's a good weight for a female!.!.but you need some meat and muscle on your bones
guys that are bone thin and look fragile are SOOO unattractive and look like wimps

don't stick to just 3 meals!.!.!.have 5 smaller meals
lots of protein!.!.!.a lot of people forget about baked fish!.!.!.it's great for you
