Question: So if i work out to much, Can that make me weigh more!.!?
I go to a small school so i'm out for every single sport, so i was wondering if that can almost cause you to gain weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be afraid to gain some muscle in replace of that fat!.
Working out makes you feel a lot better and you'll see faster results than say, starving yourself!. (Which I've never understood :P)


They're also not man shoulders, they're BUILT :)
If you're self-conscious about your shoulders, you can push them back, and down!. You're basically driving youre shoulder blades down!. (Make sure you're not slouching all the time haha!. Looks really ugly!.) It'll give you less of a boxy feel!. I know from experience haha :D It also gives you good posture and makes you look like a model!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do more cardio, try not to use to much weight when working out, and stretch!.
also when you slow down and you are not working out as much watch how much you eat because with all the exercising your body is burning more collieries, so when when stop/slow down you have to watch so you don't over eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you work out then you will develop muscles!.also if you tend to eat more you will gain weight!.it depends on the type of exercise!.if its sports then i dont think you will become obese as you will burn excess fat through the exercise!.but if its workout at the gym,then you will definitely gain more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but it doesn't matter what the scale says, it matters how you look!. If you aren't fat then it's fine to gain weight, because it's muscle and it will look good on you!. So don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it could, but thats only because muscle weighs more than fat!. If you work out and get some cardiovascular exercises in as well!. You should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
