Question:

If I want to lose about 12 lbs. in about 6 weeks, do I have to stay on a very strict diet and excersize plan?

Like, can I eat chocolate and sweets and not have to completly starve myself?


Answers:

*You can have chocolates and sweets, but all it really does it slow you down, and stop you from reaching your goal. I would not have them*

-Drink 8-10 glasses of water.

-Cut down on the calories, carbs, fats, and sugars you consume.

-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.

-Try doing some pushups, but remain running.

-You HAVE to cut down on all the junk food you eat. I know it's hard, but atleast try to cut back somewhat. If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but buy some light butter popcorn to snack on if you get hungry.

-Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat an apple and banana a day.
