I love hoola hooping! Yeah, you're up and moving so you'll burn some calories!. I just turn on the radio in my room and try to keep my hoola hooping with whatever the beat of the song is!. You can also buy weighted hoola hoops which will be great for your midsection and will burn more calories all around (I'm going to buy one soon)!. I suggest hoola hooping for 30 minutes to start off with a day(3-5 days a week), but you should also have some other exercise too, like jumproping which burns a lot more calories than running!.

This is my plan
hoola hooping-30 minutes, 3-5 days a week!.
jumproping-around 10-15 minutes, 3-5 days to start off with!.
some strength workouts(crunches, pushups!.!.) 2 times a week!.

It can help you lose weight!. It is getting your mid section moving and a bit of cardio at that! I do not know how much you would have to do to lose weight, but if you compliment it with eating a healthy diet and a few hours of cardio and a few hours of weight lifting a week you should start seeing results (even if minor)in a few weeks!. Another fun thing that you could do for cardio is jump roping!. Remember, anything that is fun and gets you out and moving around is a great way to exercise! I would say 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week and you would begin to see a difference, though I'm not really sure how long it would take!. I'm sure that you will be able to see it around your hips and stomach within a few weeks!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any movement will help you lose weight and hula is fun so crank up the tunes and get moving!.!.!.!.If you did it 30 mins daily I say that is a good start!.!.!.you also have to watch your food intake!.!.no sugar!.!.!.salt or breads and dairy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
