Lose weight during summer????
ok so i need to lose weight before grade 9 like im goin to camp 4 10 days so i will lose weight there but normally i need to lose more weight like atleast 10 pounds and hopefully most of the weight from my boobs or like how much weight would it take to make me like somewat flat like pretty flat and wat exercises can i do to make my boobs stay up

-Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
-Cut down on the calories, carbs, fats, and sugars you consume.
-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.
-Try doing some pushups, but remain running.
-You HAVE to cut down on all the junk food you eat. I know it's hard, but atleast try to cut back somewhat. If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but buy some light butter popcorn to snack on if you get hungry.
-Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat an apple and banana a day.
