Vacation in 5 days...is this a good workout schedule? (easy 10 points!)?!


Question: Vacation in 5 days!.!.!.is this a good workout schedule!? (easy 10 points!)!?
so i plan on eating between 1200-1400 calories every day, and this workout schedule
saturday-run 3 miles, 150 crunches all ways, 60 leg lifts, and 30 minute pilates video

sunday-run 3 miles, 150 crunches all ways, 20 minute pilates, arm machines at the gym (and chest/back)

monday-run 3 miles, 150 crunches all ways, 20 minute pilates, leg machines at the gym only

tuesday-run 3 miles!.!.possibly 4, 150 crunches all ways, 20 minute pilates, all the machines at the gym for entire body (last workout has to be great)

and wednesday i leave!.

so if im 17, 5'5'', and 125 pds, will this all make a difference and make me look more toned and firm and fit!? i mean losing 5 more pounds would be amazing, but its taken me like 8 weeks to lose 7 pounds ha!.

so anyway, will this be good!?
is there anything else i should add to my workout to make it more effective for the vacation in 5 days!? thanks

well it sounds like you will be bussssy!. thats a lot to do but you say you've been working out so you're active!?
i think it will help tighten your abs and tone a little but you really can't expect a lot to happen in three days!. i think you will definitely feel tighter though!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
