Question: How can I ignore my cravings!?!?!!!?
I used to snack all the time on unhealthy foods so I decided to chnage my obssession to fruit!. Over the last summer it worked and I lost some weight (5,7!.5 105lbs) but now I can't stop! I'm really afraid I'm going to gain loads of weight, I know fruit doesn''t have many calories but the quantity I eat ( about 1000kcals fruit per day) the calories add up!. I can be strong most days but just finished school (I'm 17) for summer and I know there will be many days/evenings of boredom and binging on fruit! :SWww@Answer-Health@Com

OMG I had a similar prob 2 years ago!. What I did was I kept a food diary, and rated next to my snacks how full I was or in what emotional state I was in when eating!. I realized that when a little anxious I would eat to distract my self (was eating a lot of veggies instead of fruit)!. When i was bored or missed someone I would also eat!.
this how I did it:
Baby Carrots 2H-4A
from a a scale of 1-10 2 was how hungry I was
scale of 1-10 4is how much anxiety, or I'd write B for bored, one time i wrote L for lonely!.

Dont let yourself get bored!.!.go out for a walk, have a bath!.!.anything to stop yourself getting bored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
