Answers:
fruit is full of fructose, a type of sugar, so your stomach can break down these simple molecules very quickly, leaving you hungry!. although fruit is a great snack, it should not be exclusive; so too keep you full, you should also snack on complex carbs and 'good' fats!. such as nuts, seeds, grains, rice crackers, and avocados are great for this too!. It takes longer for your stomach to break these down, so it keeps you fuller, longer!.
If drinking water isnt taking the edge off your hungry, you should try turning those vegetables into soup!. studies have shown that by combining those veges and water (thus soup) before you eat them, they will keep your appetite down!. or if its the middle of summer, a smoothie with fruit would be equally as good and delicious!.
glad to hear you're eating sensibly for the rest of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
