Weight problem???!


Question: Weight problem!?!?!?
ok im a 12 year old female and i weigh 147!.5 lbs!., and im 5'6!. How much weight should I loose!.!.!.!?!? I want to have a nicer body before i go to the water park with my family and friends!. Will someone tell me how I can loose the weight without spending anymoney on equiptment or pills!? best answer gets 10 points ! thanks - also most of my friends are fatter then me and they show it more but im taller then them and i dont show my fat sorta but they still weigh way less then me!.!.!. we weighed eachother-Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

well 147 lbs is pretty heavy for a twelve year old, but don't get to down, 'cause your tall!.
I know fairly slim people who are 5'6'' weigh 135lbs!. so maybe start with ten pounds!.
Also, losing weight will not always make you look thinner, but toning your muscles will!.
You don't need to diet, but eat healthy foods in three medium sized meals a day!.
Try doing some fun exercise like jumping rope, or playing soccer!.
Gradually increase the amount of exercise, maybe go for longer runs, and do some crunches for abs!.
Remember, a perfect body does not come overnight, and no matter how you look, its what you do that defines you!.

20 pounds at the MOST!. you are at an awkward stage, id wait to start dieting, maybe just stop some of the junk food!. just do as many crunches as you can per day, and hold you body in a grand plea (look it up) for as long as you can!. this will get you toned!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat smaller meals more frequently, build some muscle with resistance training (this increases your metabolism), drink enough water, get plenty of sleep (about 9 hours for your age), never skip meals and exercise regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
