Yes you can!.!.!.!.but not the regular coke!.!.!.it has carbs!. My husband and I went on Atkins a few years ago!.!.!.we did great, but I only suggest it to people who understand it and will follow through the right way, meaning upping your carbs as you are supposed to!. So many people think the Atkins diet is just "no carbs, no carbs, no carbs" and it is so not true!. I hope you read the book!.!.!.!.it makes it so easy!!! Good luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am unfamiliar with the Atkins Diet, so I can't tell you what is 'against the rules', but I can give you this!. Apparently, artificial flavorings, by providing your brain with conflicting inputs (Sweetness, but no calories) wreaks havoc on your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You will get much better results if you don't!. The whole point of the induction phase is to get your body into ketosis and diet coke (or any artificial sweetener) makes it a lot harder!.

just drink regular coke!. its actually better than drinking diet cause of all that sugar and sodium!. even though splenda has o calories !. but go ahead!Www@Answer-Health@Com
