1!. How many crunches would I need to do to actually see results in about a week(daily please)

2!. How many calories would I burn if I ran on an eliptical for an hour!?

for #1 it depends what kind of crunches but if you do crunches and mountain climbers you will see results faster

#2 depends on wat speed you put it on or level

#3 absolutly keep away with foods that have sugar in them and also try going only with the naturals everything in a box or a bag KEEP AWAY its a poison lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

crunches are not the only thing you need to do to see results in one week!.

your diet must be there and sleep is very important!. as for the amount of crunches!.

you should do 4 sets of 30 reps!. for upper abs,lower abs,and (obliques x2)!.so that means 120 crunches for each muscle in the abdominal areas!.!.480 total crunches!.!.
