Well it's definitely do-able!. It's a good goal to keep in mind!. I just lost 10 lbs exactly in three weeks!.

This is what I did:
* got enough sleep at night- this is very important!. I would wake up feeling smaller already!. It's like the exercise takes full effect with your body is resting/recovering
* cut down my portions!. I didnt realize how much I was eating mindlessly!. Chew and enjoy your food!. Don't rush through a meal or watch tv while you eat, and you will fill up faster!.
*for me it wasnt what i was eating, it was how much, and when!. i still eat whatever i want- if my body tells me i need it!. that means no, i dont eat a bunch of chocolate or anything!. but i don't let something be off limits!. And i don't feel deprived!. if i really do want that chocolate (after waiting out the initial craving) then i'll have one!. not a bunch!. but a few!. and it doesn't hurt!. i know how i feel if i have eaten too heavy or too much, my body feels bloated or heavier!. that's what i mean when i say take it's signals!.
* EXERCISE!! Comeon it's fun! Not at first!.!.!. but forcing yourself to do aprox 30-60 minutes of cardio excercise is crucial!. Once you have done it for a week solid (and keep a positive mindset when you're doing it, don't tell yourself its torture and blah blah!. feel your body moving more and enjoy the feeling!. exercise is as important as food and water honestly!. **You may want to lift weights (idk your financial situation or age so this is a MAYBE!. but if you're old enough and know how to use them/can ask for help by someone who can teach you, this can be quite helpful for men in burning fat by increasing muscle!. you could hurt yourself if you don't know what you're doing so please ask for help if you're inexperienced)
*drink enough water!. they say 8 cups at least!.
*keep balance in your life!. listen to your body it tells you what you need!.!.!.!. like when you're tired and (really) hungry!.

this isn't always easy to change especially if you aren't doing any of this stuff already!. but you can do it, and if you are always evolving and making changes for the better, not staying the same, then that's all you need to make improvements- big ones! in your life!.

Here are steps you can do to lose weight healthy!.

Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water!.

coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks (protein helps you feel fuller), herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water!. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day)!.

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat!. Grilled cheese is good too!. Don't forget fruit!. 2 glasses of water!. multivitamins and minerals!.
