cardio and weight lifting is the easy part!. making enough changes to the diet is what holds back the majority of people from ever achieving the physique that the desire!.

small changes to the diet will result in small changes to the physique!. how long it takes a person really depends on their current physical condition, level of body fat and how long they have been overweight, etc!. typically the longer a person has been overweight the harder the body will fight to stay that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When loosing weight to go in for my boot camp, having to loose 60 lbs in 3 months was hard!. But what I saw was just after the first month, I lost 26lbs and 30 the other 2!. Just proper diet--just enough food to survive (for me, it was no more than 800 cals a day) and 3 hrs of exercise!. But those 26lbs made my body change a LOT (especially b/c I'm a girl, it was like "WOW!")!. Just keep your determination and maintain your workout and diet!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea - in 8 weeks you can achieve quite a lot with daily cardio, resitance training and a good diet - plus a few lifestyle matters as well!. Depends what you want to achieve - weight loss, tone up, body build, increased fitness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many factors of course but !.!.!. I went from 12!.5% to 9!.7% in about 6 weeks working out really hard and with a pretty good diet!. So I assume someone with more fat could shave off maybe 6% in two months!. The lower it gets the harder it is to make it lower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
