Question: What is the easiest way for a teen to lose weight!?
Im a 13 year old male!. Im about 4'9 and about 140 to 150 pounds!. Im upset with how i look and im willing to lose up to 30 pounds!. enough that everyone will notice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im pretty lazy about exercising and such, it was only good at first then i got LAZyy,,haha the best way that worked for me is try to minimize your plate!.probably like 10% less or something, and i try to avoid snacks if im full, or i feel like im half full, and drinking water or juice instead of soda or artificial stuff is a biggie! thats how i did mine, and also, if u have stairs in your house try doing stuff that involves that like u might bring laundry upstairs that kinds of things!.hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

start off slowly!.!. run a little each and every day!.!. then run a little farther every week!. and maybe start off doing 10-15 sit ups every hour for about 6-7 hours each day!.!. it shouldn't take long a few minutes every hour, and when you spread them out throughout the day it'll be easier!.!. every week raise the amount that you do!.!. im a months time you will see a HUGE difference!.!. try it over the summer break!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
