I took this directly from a website:

"All foods have some calories!. No food is actually "negative calorie" food!. BUT the overall effect of certain foods in our body is that of "negative calories"!. Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories the foods actually contain!"Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it meant less than five calories, not -5 calories!. I hear that celery has net calories in the negative, not because it's calorie free but because you burn more calories chewing it than are actually in the celery stalk!. I think you have to skip the peanut butter though *grin*

sugarfree gum contains negligible calories,
the energy you use to chew the gum is greater than the calories in the gum itself, therefore negative calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Impossible!. I don't believe the answer above me!. You can't believe everything you read on the internet!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That label is not saying negative 5 calories, it is saying less than 5 calories!.!. When you get to numbers that low its hard to calculate an exact so they put it has less than 5!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you saying the gum was -5 calories!? why dont you just contact that company!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
