Vitamin e foods?!

Question:

Vitamin e foods?

what foods are rich in vitamin e?

Answers:

The most abundant sources of vitamin E are vegetable oils such as palm oil, sunflower, corn, soybean and olive oil.

Nuts, sunflower seeds, kiwi fruit and wheat germ (wholegrains) are also good sources. Other sources of vitamin E are fish, peanut butter and green leafy vegetables. Fortified breakfast cereals also contain vitamin E - just don't go for the overly processed ones which are full of sugar and god knows what else (like Cheerios, for example).

Here is a list of foods which contain vitamin E, with the most abundant sources listed in descending order:

Wheat germ derivitives (215.4 mg/100 g)
Sunflower derivitives (55.8 mg/100 g)
Hazelnuts (26.0 mg/100 g)
Walnut derivitives (20.0 mg/100 g)
Peanut derivitives (17.2 mg/100 g)
Soybean derivitives (14.6 mg/100 g)
Olive derivitives (12.0 mg/100 g)
Corn (2.0 mg/100 g)
Asparagus (1.5 mg/100 g)
Oats (1.5 mg/100 g)
Chestnut (1.2 mg/100 g)
Coconut (1.0 mg/100 g)
Tomatoes (0.9 mg/100 g)
Carrots (0.6 mg/100 g)

Hope this helps!
