Total Body Sculpt With Gilad?
Has anyone lost weight with Total Body Sculpt With Gilad if so how much did you lose i have been doing it for to days and while i am really out of shape i can do more than half of his work outs and it seems like when i get tired he says something encouraging to make me continue. I am sticking to it i just wanna know when did you start to see a change.

I have been working with Gilad now, and my grandma has been using Gilad videos since sheesh 15 years back and she's fit and toned for a over 60 something woman.
I feel the pain after working out with Gilad esp when he focuses on the butt and legs!
I also use Fit TV. I also get workouts anytime by using OnDemand from my cabel provider. If anything from fit tv Gilad is consistant and right on and shows how to work out properly.
