on any type of machine:

heavy weight - sets of 10, 10, 5, 5
a little lighter - sets of 15, 15, 15, 10, 10Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
If your looking to build strength, use lower reps, higher weight!. If your looking to build tone or muscle endurence use higher reps and lower weight!.
