Heeeellllpp...what is the best?

what is the best excersise to loose weight if belly and legs fast ...im goinh into 8th grade and if u saw me you would understand why i need to loose someweight ...thanx be serious on the excersises


i dont eat alot of junk food ...but i doo drink alot of soda just recently and ....i hate to excersise so any fun excersises.....thanks soo much

*You should try to cut back on the sodas, even alittle bit will help, but the best thing would be not to drink sodas. If you truly can't, then try to drink diet if you aren't already.*

-Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

-Cut down on the calories, carbs, fats, and sugars you consume.

-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.

-Try doing some pushups, because the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

-You HAVE to cut down on all the junk food you eat. I know it's hard, but atleast try to cut back somewhat. If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but buy some light butter popcorn to snack on if you get hungry.

-Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat an apple and banana a day.
