Okay so, i have strong legs, and abs. but my arms suck. i have like no arm muscles, and i really want them, does anyone know anyways? WITHOUT weights.
Answers:
You can do all the exercises shown with weights but not use them. You can also do some old fashion push ups and pull ups.
However, if you really want to shape or sculpt your arms to be toned and beautiful, using hand weights will get you there much quicker.
You can buy them at walmart in as small as 1#. Or you can use canned food as your 'weights.

Contrary to the old wives tale, using weights will not make your arms bulge with muscle. To get that you would have to work out at least 8 hours a day! Light weights and high reps tone and shape muscle, not build bulk.
