I am 13 and am about 10-15 pounds over weight?!


Question: I am 13 and am about 10-15 pounds over weight!?
i run and exercise but i tend to over eat what can i do to stop this problem i'm trying to look good for the beach what can i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables!. Eat your salad first at dinner to fill you up with some good fiber, then eat your entree!. Eat breakfast -- have an egg and slice of toast (if you put your egg on your toast, it is easy to skip butter on your toast!) Snack on grapes, raisins, carrot & celery sticks!. Drink milk! No desserts, chips, soda, etc!. If you put the weight on recently, you may be due for a growth spurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

try to eat six small meals every 2-3 hours instead of 3 meals to keep your metabolism running and burning more calories, eat lean meats like chicken fish etc, lots of veggies and dont eat candy, unless you are willing to burn them on a treadmill or stuff like that, i myself never cheat and i have awesome abs, once you keep losing weight by cardio/diet just do ab excercises and youll get abs in no time, also take a look at going to the gym to lift weights they burn calories and build muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

appetite suppressants, over counter, work for about 3-4 weeks, then you get used to them!. Use this time to eat less, shrink your stomach and to establish a healthy eating routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
