Breakfast: 1!.5 cup cereal with full cream milk
snack: celery
lunch: celery
dinner: celery

lots of water all day, heaps!.
Netball 4 times a week, 4 times a week walks!.

How long would it take to loose about 18kg!?
Would it stay off!?

No, unfortunately, that won't work!. You would become too weak to for the Netball and walks!. There is very little nutrition in a bowl of cereal and milk for an entire day!. Don't be fooled by the so-called "negative calorie" foods like celery or either!. The amount of energy it takes to burn those calories is negligible!.

Initially, you would lose a few pounds, during which time you would begin to feel less energetic!. After a while, your body would go into what's known as "starvation mode" for lack of calories!. When this happens, your body thinks it's starving and begins to hold on to every calorie and store it as fat!. You stop losing weight and your metabolism slows down!. You become weak and your immune system suffers!.

Once you've compromised your metabolism, it's even more difficult to get it back to normal and lose weight!. Any weight you lost during this starvation diet will be regained, and then some more on top of that!.

This diet will make you lose weight but it is quite harsh, to maintain weight loss, you need to lose weight slowly, try to exercise and eat some more proteins!. there are studies about eating more proteins and less carbohydrates whlie exercising 30-60 minutes adays will make you body lose fat not muscles!. try to add some proteins like eggwhile, meat without fat, beans!. because at the end of the day your target is to lose weight not to lose your body!.

celery isnt a negative calorie foo it has 44kjs per stick!
Full cream fat milk is not good for adults!.
It's all unbalnced and unhealthy!.

It would take a while at least a month(its water weight mostly) and as soon as you ate normally you'd gain it all abck!. You'll aslo screw your metabolism!.

I suggest adopting a plan in conjuction with a nutritionist/gp/dietician and eat 6 small meals a day, with loads of good cards, veffies and fruit!.
