Question: Get toned stomach for basketball!?
ok well i don't want to lose weight if i do i don't really that much care i really want a more toned stomach for basketball im really skinny but i just need the stomach part to make me a little faster i play VERY VERY competitive im 5'1-5'2 not sure 11 and 86 pounds is there some kinda of workout i really dont care how intense u make it but i cant use weights cause that
will stunt my growth plz help thnx in advanced

Getting a toned stomach is not very easy!. It is not really a matter of working out, as it is diet and genetics!. Sit-ups and crunches will help build some muscle, but not a lot!. One of the best exercises you can do is "planks!." Lay flat on your face, then lift your self up on your forearms!. It will look similar to a push up, only instead of being on your hands, it will be your fore arms!. just hold this position until you can't do it any more!. be sure to keep your back as straight as possible!. hi, try doing sit ups daily & then each day add 5 more & that should help tone up your stomach also try walking or power walking cuz that's good too! bbWww@Answer-Health@Com
