how much calories a bagette has. With chicken tikka in it and is this better then having chips and burger meal.

Sainsburys chicken tikka baguette has 386 calories and 11.4 grams of fat.
Asda chicken tikka baguette has 439 calories and 17.1 grams of fat
So i would guess at around 400 calories
Remember chicken tikka, tuna mix and seafood mix are all covered in mayonaise therefore will have a high fat content!
I hate this dieting malarky! Why are nice foods always so unhealthy?!?!!
