Shin muscle?!

Shin muscle?

How can i make my shin muscle strong? Also, i havein another problem. even last month, i could run 45 min easily, but i walk for 1 min after running 20 min.. I m noticing this for two weeks, When i stop after 20 min, i cannot start for another 5 min.. Do u kno y is this happening...

Thank u... Any suggestion, anything is good for me...

The best way to strengthen any muscle is to run more. If your shin is hurting it's probably because your form is bad or you're trying to run to much too quickly. Your shin is more of a bone than a muscle. Shin splints come from putting a lot of pressure your bones. It causes the muscle to rip apart from the bone.
