I weigh 125 pounds. What should I be able to curl max?

I wanna know if I'm behind or not.


Answers:

You really can't compare yourself to another person of the same weight.

It depends upon your fitness level. As you progress, you will be able to curl more weight.

The proof is in how you look, and what you want to accomplish.

There is no such thing as being ahead of or behind the game. There are just too many variables between people, both in their conditioning and their genetic makeup. Some people are just born with more muscle making ability.

So, whatever weight you are curling is just right for you!
