Running... up hill/down hill?!
Question: Running!.!.!. up hill/down hill!?
I was wondering do you burn more calories running up hill and down hill or just running straight the whole time!? I use to just run on a track, but lately I've been on the streets which are very hilly!.!. that go up and down a lot! I know you burn more calories running up hills, but would it be way less running down!? Hmmm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hills are greate, way better then flat, you shouls sprint up some of the hills and powerwalk down, if you run down the hills you wikll get shinsplits, that is very painfulWww@Answer-Health@Com
