Did I eat okay for today? (I have vacation in 5 days!!) easy 10 points..please h!
Question: Did I eat okay for today!? (I have vacation in 5 days!!) easy 10 points!.!.please help me out (:!?
-550 calories for lunch!.!.it was a sandwich healthy, wheat crackers, granola bar, and lite fruit cup!.
-then for dinner i had 2 small whole wheat tortilla shells made with grilled chicken and a little fat free shredded cheese and a little fat free sour cream!. i also had about 160 calories worth of tortilla chips!.
so in all, ive had about 1130 calories!.
so if i get hungry later i would have a fat free 100 cal yogurt, pretzels, or something healthy and about 150 calories!.
i also ran 2!.8 miles and walked !.4 of a mile, 150 crunches all ways, 10 minute ab video, and 20 minute pilates!.
so is that all good for today!?

Yes, you are suppose to each i think 1000 calories a day, so you did very well!. You also ate healthy and did a lot of working out which is also very good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
