Is the shape of your muscle due to genetics?!

Question: Is the shape of your muscle due to genetics!?
For instance, bicep shape, ab structure, etc!. Are they unique to the person!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes!. How your muscle structure looks depends on several factors such as your training method, dieting techniques, and yes, genetics!. For example, I have seen guys who work their biceps to exhaustion but they can't achieve that coveted "ball" shape!. Meanwhile, a different guy who has different genetics can easily achieve them!. It's really dependent on the way you are built (stocky, slender)!. I have also seen people who has symetrical abs and others who are slightly lopsided!. So yeah, your genes are a major factor when it comes to the appearance of your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it has a lot to do with it!. How you train, eat and stretch can change what you have been given nauturally, but you have to know what you are working with in order to train your body properly!. If you have small calves for instance, you will need to train them a lot differently and more intense than someone with genetically large calves!. If you have short muscle bellies, than stretching and going through the full range of motion can help train that muscle into a better overall shape!. Different types of training can help you change your body, but only to a certain extent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely, though if you read the mens health and fitness press you'd never realize it!. It seems that some of the magazines out there have a personal preference for particular bone structure, muscle shapes, and nothing, but nothing else, ever gets into their pages!.
If you're happy with what you are achieving, and it's well balanced, don't worry if it's not exactly what you see in the health and fitness press!.

Note that now we are into May, nearing June they are all "beach body" crazy, while in the winter they were all "gym body" crazy, yet they still use the same models over and over!.!.!. Is it just me, or is it marketing (tell me why I'm still buying into this stuff, please!)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.!.!. Most of it is determined on the actual location of where the muscle attaches to the bone itself!. This is what gives it the shape it has!.!.!. You can do allot, however, at enlarging its size, but the unique shape it has it genetically set!.

Good Luck and I Hope this Helps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
