My body structure is different from most males?!


Question: My body structure is different from most males!?
I have very wide shoulders and big arms!. Im 16 and I weigh 239!.!. ive been walking for almost 5 months now!. Before I used to weigh 265!. My cousin looks about 200 pounds but weighs 250!. My brother looks 200 pounds but weighs about 240!. People think I weigh around 180 pounds, but im 239!. My mom says that all the people were like that on my dads side!. They were skinny but weighed alot!. Is it because of their muscle mass!? My parents say that im really strong but I never believe them lol Because I can pick up the heaviest things!.

After walking, all thats really toned up are my legs, and my stomach!. My arms have trimmed a little bit and my biceps and upper parts of my arms have went down and look smaller!.My stomach has went down and my legs look trimmer!. I have alot of muscle in my legs, I notice when I walk, the muscles in my legs flex more!. Maybe from building muscle from walking!. Should I continue this walking!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know exactly what you are going through!.!.!. For me!.!.!. I don't look fat!.!.!. but I am!.!.!.

What you are describing is likely normal!. You can look skinny but still be kind of heavy!. This is definetly related to muscle mass!. You should not stop walking!.!.!. that is really good for you!. For me, I do the walking and biking!. I found ways to keep myself walking by taking one of my dogs on a 90 min jog/walk and my other dog on a 60 min walk!. Also, every Sunday I go on a 30 mile bike ride down a designated bike trail!. It is 15 miles one way and 15 miles on the return home!. I also bike about 12 miles every morning to get to school everyday!. All of this exercise for me averages about 3-10 pounds being lost in a week (If I don't eat any fast food and eat nothing but salad and foods that I cook on my own)!. I'll say one thing!.!.!. the only thing I don't like is that I have to buy new clothes because my shorts and pants are now too big on me!. I also find that when I wear baggy clothes I appear fatter!.!.!. but I also seem slimmer when I wear smaller clothes that are meant for my height!.

In the end, don't stop with what you are doing!. You will reach your goal without a doubt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, if you enjoy walking and you like your results keep doing it!. Wide shoulders look nice and the reason why you weigh more than you look is because muscle is more dense than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is just that u need to not only walk and exercise but also keep a check on what you eat so!.!. you dnt gain that extra weight!.!.!. back!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep going on the same track and you will see results!. As long as you keep doing what your doing, eventually you will see it yourself; just be patient and make sure that you are eating healthy foods according to a diet that you can make for yourself!.
