If a 15 year old who is 5 foot 8 has a 23 inch waist (or smaller) is that normal, underweight, or overweight? If so, what is the normal waist size for that age and height?

At that time my weight was 95 pounds.
Answers:
At 5ft8 and 95lb, that would have been very underweight regardless of what waist size you had.
As long as your waist is no more than 32 inches, this is considered healthy.
