Question: I think I've eaten too much! How many calories on the stepper should I burn!?
I have just finished a 6 inch roast beef sandwich from Subway, and 16 avocado maki (chunks of avocado in rolls of sushi rice)!! The sushi was just too tempting =S So how many calories should I be targetting to burn on the stepper for damage control!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating too much and then immediately trying to 'burn off' what you've just eaten isn't actually healthy behavior - it's a step towards bulimia (eewwww)!.

If you're generally active, one day of indulgence IS NOT a big deal!. You should maintain your regular schedule of exercise and not try to do extra to 'make up' for it!. It is better for your overall health!.

If you find yourself regularly eating more than you think you should and then frantically exercising to try and do 'damage control', you need to speak to a doctor or nurse because you're slipping towards an eating disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
