I have fat legs. Well they are not that fat but I still don't like them. Will people laugh when I wear my bikini on my hols next week?

you've reminded me of the advert on tv where a women is a bit anxious to reveal her bikini and EVERYONE suddenly looks at her, i mean EVERYONE! Then she reveals it and they look away in ignorance & get on with what they were doing. How funny. People will just ignore you, so go and strut your stuff!
