Can NOT thinking about your weight help you to lose weight faster?!


Question:

Can NOT thinking about your weight help you to lose weight faster?

They say that the stress hormone cortisol, produces a puffiness in your stomach when you stress or don't get enough rest every day. Which I understand of why rest is so important for people who are trying to get fit. If you keep thinking in the back of your mind, I have to lose weight, which in some form is "Stress", you won't lose as much weight as you'd like to. Am I correct on this?


Answers:

not thinking about my weight has always worked for me. When i do think about my weight I eat more just because i'm nervous and when i don't worry? I lose.
