Hip Hop Abs or P90X ???!


Question: Hip Hop Abs or P90X !?!?!?

(only for people who tried these products)
I don't want to waste my money on anything that isn't gonna help me, so!.!.!.I need to know which one is right for me!.

I did bellydancing, and it gave me abs, but it didn't flatten anything, and it caused fat to be in places I didn't want!.

I'm not fat or skinny!. I have a bellydancers body kinda (I guess from the exercise)!. I just need to lose a little weight, like from my mid-section(Love handles lol), back and arms!.

What I'm worried about is that, Hip Hop Abs is not enough work out and P90X is gonna make me look like a Man!. Is Hip Hop abs great!? and does P90X work without making me a muscular monster!.

I saw some people after P90X and they looked pretty muscular in the arms, which I don't want!. Some people looked great after hip hop abs, but I read reviews and they said that it's not challenging enough!.

If thats what you look like than don't change a thing, your beautiful!. WoW!. P90x is designbed to get people ripped, thats what it says, to get muscular arms you would be working out in the 10-12 range, or else doing multiple sets of low reps 3-5!. For mass you must up the volume at a maximal or submaximal weight!. For toning you must do very heavy wieghts, with the benefit of increased strength, doing very high reps could potentially add mass, but if you do aerobic this will counter act it!. Yoga and Pilates tones!.Anaerobic conditioning preserves that nice athletic look, curvy and everything!. Excessive aerobic work will turn you into a marathon girl!. Excessive aerobic work causes fiber necrosis, (muscle death)!.Anaerobic work preserves and strengthens muscle's!. P90X will probably utilise mass buliding to get ripped, hip hop abs will be mainly aerobic in nature, but it probably doesn't count as excessive!. I would say hip hop abs, I have no idea what it is but it is probably fun if you like hip-hop (ewww!.!.!.!.I hate it)!. You could mute it and turn on techno or country or whatever though!. To flatten youir stomach you could benefit from abdominal vacuums!. Look it up!. You should try running!. Wear a lot of sweats!. Try to run constantly without stopping for a long duration of time!. Remember it doesnt matter about the distance traveled bu the effot given!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
