What are some good ways to squeeze in exercise on an impossible day?!


Question: What are some good ways to squeeze in exercise on an impossible day!?
Need some motivation and ideas to keep up my active lifestyle on days that seem impossible to do so!.
I play team sports 2-3 times a week so just want something to keep me active on those in-between days!.

Do ISOMETRIC exercises while sitting at your desk or driving in your car!. They involve exerting one set of muscles against another, so the pressure in each direction is equal, and both sets of muscles get a workout!. You can also push against an immovable object such as a wall!.

One exercise is to place your palms together and, with a straight spine and both feet flat on the floor, push your hands together!. This works both the biceps and triceps, as well as the abs and pecs, amongst others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
