Need to lose weight quick!?!


Question: Need to lose weight quick!!?
Im 5'7 and weigh 155 pds!. I need to lose 15 pounds in 2 months!. I have dealt with eating issues for a long time so I need a healthy eating plan please!! I run about 2!.5 miles a day, so i need nutrition help that goes with that!. Please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein,protein,protein it weighs less than fat and of course it's better for you!.!.Drink it or eat it and you'll see a difference!. Also you must drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water a day to speed the process of weight loss!. hope this helps I'm 51 and lost 20 lbs doing this and using my bowflex, oh, I do not run every day!.
