Are these signs of an eating disorder?!


Question: Are these signs of an eating disorder!?
i see myself eating less and less every day!. As of now i take in about 700 calories a day, and if i feel so guilty if i think i havn't burned that much and more off!. I used to eat cereal for breakfast, sandwhich and chips for lunch, and hamburger helper for dinner!. Now i eat cereal, nothing for luch, and as little as possible for dinner, and try only to drink water when im hungry!.

i find that every time i eat, i feel so guilty afterwards, so i plan out what i have to do to burn it off!.

I see myself as reallyyyy fat!!

i weight 127, im 13, and 5'7"

and i all of a sudden don't get my period!. I get it every 3 months if anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes those r signs and u need to get help u weigh 127 and you a 5'7 thats really skinny and not getting ur period is a bad thing if you feel guily just ignore it force urself to eat even if u feel guilty i went through that 2 1 day i passed out its not a good thingWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're definitely not fat sweetie!. I look at regular serving sizes and thing they're small!. Even then I can't stay at the recommended 2,000 calories a day!. Do you know what your food is for!? Take a minute and think about it!. You eat for energy!. You may think that you have to burn that energy off, but you already are taking care of some of it!. For your whole life your heart pumps so much blood throughout your entire body, do you know how small your heart actually is!? Concider all of your other bodily functions!. You need food to survive and continue to function properly!. I think you may have an eating disorder and need to contact your doctor!. Try not to think of food as fat, but as gasoline for instance, or perhaps a battery!. Talk to your doctor, get on a healthier diet (diet doesn't always mean less food, and less food doesn't always mean a good thing)!. I don't want to scare you but, you need help!.
