Which sandwich is healthier?!


Question: Which sandwich is healthier!?
a 6-inch long turkey & cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato

OR

a regular-sized peanut butter and jelly sandwich!?

The turkey is better but lose the cheese and maybe take off the top bread!.

Always choose protein and limit empty carbs like white breads!. The jelly is also empty calories + sugar which is never good!.

Be wary of condiments too!. Mayo and dressings can pile on a lot of unwanted fat and calories!. its always better to go with vinegars or mustards!. I love to dress sandwiches with chopped tomatoes dressed with balsamic vinegar, minced onion and minced garlic with some pepper!. Also if you make a Greek tzaziki sauce (plain Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, crushed garlic, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice)!.!.!.!.!.!.you can use that on anything you use mayo on and its actually good for you! Makes a great salad dressing too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The turkey and cheese!.!.!. Peanut butter is great, but has a huge amount of fat, which adds the calories!.

So you know, fat and calories are pretty much the same thing!. Meaning, fat packs 9 calories per gram, which is very dense!. That is why fatty foods will put the weight on you fast!.!.!.
